Cu un master \u00een \u201eIngineria Infrastructurilor de Transport\u201d, fostul pre\u0219edinte al Autorit\u0103\u021bii pentru Reform\u0103 Feroviar\u0103 este cel care cunoa\u0219te \u00eendeaproape proiectul trenului din Capital\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti a stat de vorb\u0103 cu expertul pentru a afla mai multe despre proiectul trenului metropolitan, fie c\u0103 vorbim despre sisteme de siguran\u021b\u0103, \u00eent\u00e2rzieri, infrastructur\u0103 sau despre material rulant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>***<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti: Dac\u0103 ne raport\u0103m la progresele f\u0103cute \u00een proiectul trenului metropolitan, c\u00e2t de \u00eent\u00e2rziat este acesta?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u0218tefan Ro\u0219eanu: <\/strong>Nu este un proiect \u00eent\u00e2rziat. Sunt etape care trebuie preg\u0103tite, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t investi\u021biile \u00een infrastructura feroviar\u0103 \u0219i mai apoi \u00een achizi\u021bia de material rulant s\u0103 poat\u0103 fi realizate. Proiectele de tip tren metropolitan se arat\u0103, \u00een final, mai complexe dec\u00e2t proiectele clasice de modernizare, de reconstruc\u021bie a c\u0103ii ferate cu care suntem obi\u0219nui\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceast\u0103 complexitate ridicat\u0103 apare \u00een condi\u021biile \u00een care proiectul trebuie s\u0103 \u021bin\u0103 cont \u0219i de proiectele deja implementate, de cele aflate \u00een implementare sau \u00een preg\u0103tire la compania na\u021bional\u0103 de cale ferat\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un alt aspect de care trebuie \u021binut cont, comparativ cu ceea suntem obi\u0219nui\u021bi, e faptul c\u0103 <strong>un proiect de tren metropolitan \u00eenseamn\u0103 mai mult dec\u00e2t doar o cale ferat\u0103 \u0219i un peron reparat,<\/strong> modernizat.<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"> El \u00eenseamn\u0103 o analiz\u0103 la nivelul interfe\u021bei dintre calea ferat\u0103 \u0219i localitate, \u00eenseamn\u0103 lucr\u0103ri \u00een amenajare a zonei de influen\u021b\u0103 a sta\u021biei de calitate, deci, practic implic\u0103 \u0219i o component\u0103 de urbanism,<\/mark> de proiectare local\u0103 \u0219i construc\u021bii civile, complementare func\u021biei clasice de cale ferat\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti: S\u0103 vorbim \u0219i despre infrastructura deja existent\u0103, parte a infrastructurii de cale ferate din preajma Capitalei. Este semiinelul de nord suficient pentru un tren metropolitan eficient?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Semiinelul de nord despre care vorbi\u021bi este doar o mic\u0103 parte din proiectul la care lucr\u0103m. Practic, proiectul de tren metropolitan Bucure\u0219ti-Ilfov este un proiect care vizeaz\u0103 o suit\u0103 de servicii at\u00e2t radiale, care converg c\u0103tre Bucure\u0219ti, c\u00e2t \u0219i \u00een \u00eentr-un sistem circular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La acest moment, din ansamblul de cele 16 linii de cale trerat\u0103 care au fost identificate la nivelul studiului strategic, privind introducerea&nbsp;trenului metropolitan, sunt dou\u0103 sub-proiecte \u00een faza de preg\u0103tire a studiilor de fezabilitate \u0219i de preg\u0103tire efectiv\u0103 a investi\u021biilor. Unul se afl\u0103 \u00een coordonarea direct\u0103 a Prim\u0103riei Municipiului Bucure\u0219ti, respectiv semiinelul de nord despre care m-a\u021bi \u00eentrebat \u0219i linia de tren \u00eentre Gara de Nord \u0219i Scrovi\u0219tea, mai precis chiar p\u00e2n\u0103 la Crivina, sub coordonarea Asocia\u021biei de Dezvoltare Intercomunitar\u0103 pentru Transport Public Bucure\u0219ti-Ilfov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Noi ca asocia\u021bie suntem \u0219i coordonatorii \u00een general ai proiectului de tren metropolitan, \u00een condi\u021biile \u00een care proiectele de acest tip sunt investi\u021bii \u00een servicii care dep\u0103\u0219esc grani\u021ba unei singure unit\u0103\u021bi administrative (UAT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chiar \u0219i semiinelul de nord al Bucure\u0219tiului, este de fapt o linie care deserve\u0219te cartiere din nord-estul, nordul \u0219i nord-vestul Bucure\u0219tiului, dar \u0219i localit\u0103\u021bile \u00eenvecinate acestora, precum Dobroe\u0219ti, Voluntari, Pipera, Chiajna \u0219i Domne\u0219ti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CITE\u0218TE \u0218I: <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/cafeneaua-bdb-titi-aur-pilot-de-raliu-traficul-din-bucuresti-s-a-modificat-bine-rau\/\">Cafeneaua BdB | Titi Aur, pilot de raliu: \u201eTraficul din Bucure\u015fti s-a modificat\u2026 bine r\u0103u\u201d<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00cen anumite por\u021biuni de cale ferat\u0103 sunt prezente semnale cu bra\u021be, cele mai multe introduse \u00een anii `50. Acolo, echipa companiei, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu cei contracta\u021bi de aceasta, sunt \u0219i ei \u00een faza avansat\u0103, deoarece intr\u0103 \u00een faza de aprobare a proiectului. Acesta include modernizarea liniei de cale ferat\u0103 de pe centur\u0103, o electrificare pe \u00eentregul traseu, dublarea unor trasee de cale ferat\u0103 \u0219i normal, introducerea sistemelor de semnalizare modern\u0103, acest lucru fiind valabil de fapt pentru toat\u0103 re\u021beaua din zona Bucure\u0219tiului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Practic, \u00een corelare cu prevederile reglement\u0103rilor na\u021bionale \u0219i europene, orice linie de calitate care este reconstruit\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 corespund\u0103 specifica\u021biilor tehnice de interoperabilitate care sunt \u00een vigoare. Am demonstrat \u0219i \u00eentr-o etap\u0103 anterioar\u0103 a vie\u021bii mele profesionale \u00een care trenul a putut s\u0103 reporneasc\u0103 \u00een parametrii destul de buni, \u00eentre Gara de Nord \u0219i Gara Progresul \u0219i mai departe, \u00een sud, prin Vidra c\u0103tre Giurgiu. Ast\u0103zi, din p\u0103cate, num\u0103rul trenurilor este mai redus dec\u00e2t acum un an de zile, pe fondul unor \u00eencerc\u0103ri de reduceri de cheltuieli ale operatorului na\u021bional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu problema semnaliz\u0103rii este cea mai mare, \u00een prezent. \u00cen primul r\u00e2nd trebuie s\u0103 avem disponibil materialul rulant \u0219i capacitatea de exploatare din partea operatorului feroviar, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 deserveasc\u0103 linia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avem nevoie de sta\u021bii de cale ferat\u0103 de calitate, unde c\u0103l\u0103torii s\u0103 poat\u0103 s\u0103 coboare dintr-un autobuz metropolitan adecvat, s\u0103 aib\u0103 o deplasare pe o alee pietonal\u0103 \u00een siguran\u021b\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een gar\u0103, peronul din gar\u0103 s\u0103 fie la \u00een\u0103l\u021bimea corespunz\u0103toare ca s\u0103 poat\u0103 s\u0103 se urce \u00een tren, f\u0103r\u0103 treapt\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faptul c\u0103 aducem trenul \u0219i infrastructura din punct de vedere al condi\u021biilor din sta\u021bie \u0219i c\u0103tre sta\u021bie s\u0103 nu fie satisf\u0103c\u0103toare, \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 doar consum\u0103m banii, f\u0103r\u0103 ca pasagerii s\u0103 poat\u0103 fi u\u0219or atra\u0219i c\u0103tre c\u0103tre acest sistem. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Infrastructura feroviar\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 fie de calitate, adic\u0103 reparat\u0103, modernizat\u0103, cu instala\u021bii de calitate. Sunt necesare aceste condi\u021bii. Ne vor asigura viteze mai mari, ne vor asigura capacit\u0103\u021bi de trafic mai mari. S-ar sim\u021bi existen\u021ba unui astfel de mijloc de transport?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trenurile metropolitane vor contribui la reducerea traficului auto individual. Asta este indubitabil, \u00een condi\u021biile \u00een care lumea din zona periferic\u0103 Bucure\u0219tiului va \u00eencepe s\u0103 aib\u0103 o ofert\u0103 real\u0103 de deplasare, spre centrele de interes, cu un transport public de mai bun\u0103 calitate dec\u00e2t cel din prezent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trenul va fi o parte din tehnologia de transport metropolitan pe care TPBI o ofer\u0103 bucure\u0219tenilor \u0219i ilfovenilor. \u0218i atunci, conform estim\u0103rilor noastre, vom observa, pe de o parte, o reducere a traficului dinspre periferie c\u0103tre centrul ora\u0219ului \u0219i aceasta se va traduce mai departe \u0219i \u00een reducerea traficului per ansamblu, \u00een interiorul Bucure\u0219tiului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vom asista la o \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bire a transportului public, at\u00e2t cel de suprafa\u021b\u0103, c\u00e2t \u0219i cel cu metroul, \u00een condi\u021biile \u00een care oamenii vor utiliza sta\u021bii terminus ca sta\u021bii de transport, de interschimb \u0219i vom vedea o cre\u0219tere a rolului unor linii de transport public cu care mergi dinspre aceste g\u0103ri c\u0103tre locurile de munc\u0103, \u0219i aici m\u0103 g\u00e2ndesc la linia de tramvai de pe \u0218oseaua Giurgiului, la viitoarea linie de metrou M6, care este o leg\u0103tur\u0103 important\u0103 cu Gara B\u0103neasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen momentul \u00een care liniile de tren \u0219i de metrou se vor extinde \u0219i vom avea \u0219i alte sta\u021bii de de schimb, precum \u00een zona Mogosoaia, \u00een zona Tunari vom vedea exact ca \u00een Occident, o optimizare a fluxului de deplasare al c\u0103l\u0103torilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De asemenea, sigur va exista conceptul de <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/cum-a-ajuns-biletul-unic-pentru-transportul-in-comun-din-capitala-in-moarte-clinica-lupta-inginerilor-it-si-specialistilor-din-spatele-proiectului\/\">un singur bilet metropolitan<\/a> care s\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi permit\u0103 s\u0103 deplasezi cu toate modurile de transport ale regiunii \u0219i atunci practic vei putea s\u0103 iei autobuzul o perioad\u0103 \u00een jude\u021bul Ilfov, dup\u0103 care de la gar\u0103 vei lua trenul \u0219i tot a\u0219a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Crede\u021bi c\u0103 odat\u0103 cu introducerea trenului metropolitan, ar trebui diversificat\u0103 oferta de transport din comunele ilfovene? Unde ar fi mai exact?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este obligatoriu ca sta\u021biile de tren s\u0103 fie g\u00e2ndite astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 respecte conceptul de intermodalitate, de interschimbare a sta\u021biilor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Practic, toate sta\u021biile pe care le proiect\u0103m \u00een acest moment au \u00een vedere optimizarea rela\u021biei dintre peron \u0219i spa\u021biul de transport public \u0219i deci mai departe, inclusiv \u00een rela\u021bia cu sta\u021biile de metrou existente sau \u00een dezvoltare. Este sigur \u0219i obligatoriu ca ele s\u0103 func\u021bioneze \u00een tandem. Aici va exista interschimb cu linia de metrou. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De asemenea pe linia de centur\u0103, pe acea Magistral\u0103 6 va exista o sta\u021bie de interschimb la Otopeni. Cum se va face fa\u021b\u0103 acestei provoc\u0103ri?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Normal c\u0103 trenul metropolitan va trebui s\u0103 \u021bin\u0103 cont de dezvoltarea ora\u0219ului. \u00cen plus, tenul metropolitan va contribui la dezvoltarea ora\u0219ului. Fie c\u0103 sunt baterii, c\u0103 e hidrogen, c\u0103 sunt motoare cu combustie care folosesc combustibil de tip ulei vegetal hidrogenat, ne trebuie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trebuie s\u0103 avem solu\u021biile adecvate pentru fiecare linie \u00een parte \u0219i, cel mai important, este ca pasagerul s\u0103 aib\u0103 un grad de confort ridicat, s\u0103 aib\u0103 tren cu o frecven\u021b\u0103 ridicat\u0103.
