De asemenea, \u0219i integrarea \u00een<a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/video-google-maps-va-integra-transportul-metropolitan-bucuresti-ilfov-in-timp-real\/\"> Google Maps Real Time<\/a> a fost o reu\u0219it\u0103 tehnic\u0103, care a avut un pivot comun cu biletul unic: GPS pe fiecare mijloc de transport public.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti a descoperit c\u0103 speciali\u0219tii din spatele proiectului s-au confruntat cu obstacole birocratice \u0219i resurse limitate. Astfel, lipsa investi\u021biilor \u00een echipamente compatibile \u0219i dificult\u0103\u021bile \u00een corelarea infrastructurilor IT au reprezentat impedimente majore.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Retragerea unilateral\u0103 a CFR C\u0103l\u0103tori din parteneriat la \u00eenceputul lui 2025, cu trenurile c\u0103tre Aeroportul Otopeni, a omor\u00e2t, practic, conceptul de bilet unic, l\u0103s\u00e2nd \u00een urm\u0103 un sistem tarifar confuz, cu multiple pre\u021buri, care afecteaz\u0103 acum, \u00een principal, turi\u0219tii \u0219i naveti\u0219tii din Nordul Capitalei. Cu un masterat \u00een Ingineria Infrastructurilor de Transport la Universitatea de Construc\u021bii din Bucure\u0219ti, el a fost cel mai t\u00e2n\u0103r director general din istoria CFR C\u0103l\u0103tori dup\u0103 ce a fost numit la doar la doar 35 de ani, \u00een 2012, \u00een fruntea institu\u021biei. P\u00e2n\u0103 de cur\u00e2nd a fost \u0219eful Autorit\u0103\u021bii pentru Reform\u0103 Feroviar\u0103 unde a implementat proiecte pionier pentru Rom\u00e2nia, cum ar fi <a href=\"https:\/\/bilete.infofer.ro\/ro-RO\/Trains\">monitorizarea public\u0103, \u00een timp real, a tuturor trenurilor care circula prin \u021bar\u0103<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/bilete.infofer.ro\/ro-RO\/Itineraries\">platforma de achizi\u021bii bilete de tren pentru alte zone metropolitane<\/a>. \u00cen prezent este \u0219eful Direc\u021bia Dezvoltare Transport Feroviar la TPBI. FOTO: Inquam Photos\/Octav Ganea<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>De\u0219i s-a reu\u0219it \u00eentr-o prim\u0103 instan\u021b\u0103, biletul unic a \u00eenregistrat recent un e\u0219ec par\u021bial \u0219i se afl\u0103 \u00een \u201emoarte clinic\u0103&#8221;, pe latur\u0103 feroviar\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un astfel de tipar nu este izolat, pentru c\u0103 reprezint\u0103 o provocare recurent\u0103 \u00een transform\u0103rile digitale din sectorul public la orice nivel na\u021bional, unde \u201eg\u00e2ndirea\u201d politic\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219te adesea \u00een\u021belegerea complexit\u0103\u021bilor tehnice \u0219i se suprapune cu iner\u021bia structurilor birocratice existente \u0219i lipsa unui angajament sus\u021binut, care s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 nealterat de ciclurile electorale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-o-cronica-in-prea-multe-sta\u021bii\"><strong>O cronic\u0103 \u00een prea multe sta\u021bii<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Parcursul c\u0103tre implementarea biletului unic a fost marcat de etape distincte, \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu armonizarea tarifar\u0103 \u0219i extinz\u00e2ndu-se treptat la integrarea mai multor moduri de transport.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Concret, biletul unic s-a \u201en\u0103scut\u201d \u00een 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<em>\u00cenainte de 2020, eram bloca\u021bi \u00een tarifarea pe c\u0103l\u0103torie. \u021ain minte c\u0103 trecerea s-a f\u0103cut \u00een dou\u0103 etape.
