Era important s\u0103 fie 1.8 \u0219i \u00eenc\u0103 sper\u0103m. \u0218ti\u0163i cum e, speran\u0163a moare ultima, dar p\u00e2n\u0103 la urm\u0103 moare \u0219i aia\u201d<\/em>, a spus Ciurea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Organiza\u021bia a cerut \u00eenc\u0103 de anul trecut ca l\u0103\u021bimea minim\u0103 a pistelor s\u0103 fie de 1,8 metri pe sens, \u00een conformitate cu standardele vest-europene, \u00eens\u0103 solicitarea lor nu a fost luat\u0103 \u00een seam\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eBicicleta este a doua cea mai bun\u0103 solu\u0163ie de a descongestiona traficul auto, dup\u0103 transportul public, fiindc\u0103 ofer\u0103 o alternativ\u0103 la condus unora dintre actualii \u015foferi, cel pu\u0163in pentru anumite deplas\u0103ri \u00een ora\u015f, sco\u0163\u00e2nd o parte din ma\u015finile de pe str\u0103zile super-aglomerate.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>A\u015fa cum v\u0103 spuneam \u015fi \u00een var\u0103, Masterplanul Velo al Municipiului Bucure\u015fti (MPVB) e inspirat \u00een mare parte din ghidurile \u0163\u0103rilor vest-europene \u015fi con\u0163ine numeroase concepte, prevederi \u015fi ac\u0163iuni s\u0103n\u0103toase.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>De exemplu, recomand\u0103 separarea fizic\u0103 a pistelor velo de traficul auto\u201d<\/em>, a scris Asocia\u0163ia Pro Infrastructur\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Planul a fost elaborat \u00een urma consult\u0103rilor publice, \u00eens\u0103 mai multe organiza\u021bii specializate au atras aten\u021bia c\u0103 unele prevederi cheie nu au fost ajustate conform recomand\u0103rilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201e\u00cen opinia noastr\u0103, confortul \u015fi siguran\u0163a pe banda velo este un element critic. De\u015fi masterplanul recunoa\u015fte c\u0103 l\u0103\u0163imea minim\u0103 necesar\u0103 unei piste trebuie s\u0103 \u0163in\u0103 cont de abaterea cauzat\u0103 de echilibrul pe dou\u0103 ro\u0163i, PMB insist\u0103 cu l\u0103\u0163imile minime aberante pe pistele secundare, 1 metru, respectiv 1,5 metri pe cele principale.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Recomand\u0103m tuturor responsabililor implica\u0163i s\u0103 \u00eencerce mersul pe biciclet\u0103, pe o band\u0103 de 1 metru cu ma\u015finile v\u00e2j\u00e2ind pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 cap, ca exerci\u0163iu obligatoriu \u00eenaintea definitiv\u0103rii masterplanului\u201d<\/em>, au mai transmis reprezentan\u0163ii Asocia\u021biei Pro Infrastructur\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potrivit API, actuala versiune a documentului \u00eenlocuie\u0219te o parte din bunele practici europene cu prevederi dintr-un ghid elaborat la nivel na\u021bional, ceea ce ar compromite calitatea \u0219i eficien\u021ba infrastructurii velo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Printre obiectivele asumate de administra\u021bia local\u0103 se num\u0103r\u0103 realizarea a 150 de kilometri de trasee principale \u0219i 415 kilometri de trasee secundare, al\u0103turi de facilit\u0103\u021bi precum parc\u0103ri pentru biciclete, rastele \u0219i reglement\u0103ri pentru siguran\u021ba \u00een trafic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eSiguran\u021ba este prioritatea absolut\u0103 \u2013 at\u00e2t pentru bicicli\u0219ti, c\u00e2t \u0219i pentru pietoni \u0219i \u0219oferi\u201d<\/em>, a declarat Stelian Bujduveanu, pe Facebook. El a mai spus c\u0103 Masterplanul Velo este <em>\u201eun \u00eenceput serios \u0219i asumat\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dup\u0103 votul din Consiliul General, urmeaz\u0103 elaborarea studiilor de fezabilitate \u0219i colaborarea cu prim\u0103riile de sector pentru implementarea proiectelor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pe-hartie-arata-bine-problema-e-ce-iese-cand-se-apuca-de-treaba-primarul-bujduveanu-nu-raspunde\"><strong>\u201ePe h\u00e2rtie arat\u0103 bine. Primarul Bujduveanu nu r\u0103spunde<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 problema l\u0103\u021bimilor pistelor principale \u0219i secundare, Masterplanul pentru re\u021beaua de piste de biciclete din Bucure\u0219ti a fost salutat de Asocia\u021bia Pro Infrastructura pentru principiile s\u0103n\u0103toase \u0219i direc\u021biile moderne asumate, dar vine cu un mare semn de \u00eentrebare \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te implementarea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ionu\u021b Ciurea, a mai explicat c\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 o aplicare unitar\u0103 \u0219i riguroas\u0103 a planului, totul risc\u0103 s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 un document frumos care duce la un proiect str\u00e2mb.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201ePe h\u00e2rtie arat\u0103 bine. Re\u021beaua e g\u00e2ndit\u0103 logic, dup\u0103 fluxurile reale din ora\u0219. Problema este ce facem c\u00e2nd ajungem la implementare. Avem experien\u021be \u00een care proiectele bune sunt distruse \u00een execu\u021bie, se fac rabaturi de la standarde, se taie din l\u0103\u021bime, se ignor\u0103 siguran\u021ba. Acolo e pericolul real\u201d<\/em>, a explicat Ciurea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen plus, ONG-ul atrage aten\u021bia c\u0103 pistele trebuie s\u0103 fie protejate fizic at\u00e2t de traficul auto, c\u00e2t \u0219i de pietoni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eTrebuie s\u0103 existe o separare clar\u0103, cu bolarzi, borduri sau spa\u021bii verzi. Nu putem face piste pe trotuar, f\u0103r\u0103 niciun fel de protec\u021bie<\/em>\u201d, a mai declarat directorul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un alt element esen\u021bial pentru succesul proiectului, spune Ciurea, este interconectivitatea re\u021belei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eO singur\u0103 pist\u0103 izolat\u0103, cum e cea de pe Calea Victoriei, e doar pentru plimbare. Nu po\u021bi vorbi de transport alternativ f\u0103r\u0103 o re\u021bea continu\u0103 \u0219i coerent\u0103, care s\u0103 duc\u0103 oamenii din cartiere la serviciu \u0219i \u00eenapoi\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El a avertizat \u0219i asupra provoc\u0103rilor financiare \u0219i birocratice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eNu sunt bani suficien\u021bi, iar dac\u0103 s-ar face totul \u00eentr-o noapte, ar fi un deranj teribil. Trebuie un plan clar de implementare, cu etape, finan\u021bare identificat\u0103 \u0219i coordonare \u00eentre primarii de sector \u0219i Prim\u0103ria General\u0103.
