Vorbim de servicii de administrare, mentenan\u021b\u0103 preventiv\u0103 \u0219i mentenan\u021b\u0103 corectiv\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pre\u021bul este stabilit \u00een func\u021bie de num\u0103rul de camere montate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serviciile sunt \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bite astfel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-administrare-\u0219i-mentenan\u021ba-preventiva\">Administrare \u0219i mentenan\u021b\u0103 preventiv\u0103<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>revizii lunare (verific\u0103ri software, cur\u0103\u0163enie DC), revizii semestriale (generator, clim\u0103, videowall) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>revizii trimestriale (switch-le core de inel (T2\/T3), citire contoare, integritatea traseelor, cutii CV, cur\u0103\u0163are CV)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Contractul se deruleaz\u0103 pe durata a 48 de luni, iar pre\u021bul per camer\u0103 a fost stabilit la peste 80 de lei. Asta \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 serviciile de administrare \u0219i mentenan\u021b\u0103 preventiv\u0103 se ridic\u0103 la <strong>aproximativ 5 milioane de lei<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-mentenan\u021ba-corectiva\">Mentenan\u021b\u0103 corectiv\u0103<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Acestea se presteaz\u0103 doar \u00een caz de necesitate, dac\u0103 defec\u0163iunea excede garan\u0163ia \u015fi presupune fie \u00eenlocuirea de produse deteriorate, sau relocarea (demontare\/montare) de echipamente cu refacere trasee de comunica\u0163ie \u015fi\/sau alimentare, sau remedierea lucr\u0103rilor \u00een zone afectate de diverse acte de vandalism sau interven\u0163ii neautorizate, pe baza devizelor aprobate de beneficiar \u015fi a procesului verbal de recep\u0163ie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contractul este \u00eentocmit tot pe doi ani, iar costurile se ridic\u0103 la <strong>aproximativ 1 milion de lei<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-16018d1d wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button has-custom-width wp-block-button__width-100\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.patreon.com\/BuletinDeBucuresti\"><strong>Sus\u021bine Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti pentru investiga\u021bii, reportaje \u0219i \u0219tiri Locale<\/strong><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sistemul-de-supraveghere-din-sectorul-3-argumentele-pentru-mentenan\u021ba-facuta-de-firma-primariei\">Sistemul de supraveghere din Sectorul 3.
