Dou\u0103 sanc\u0163iuni care \u00eensumeaz\u0103 peste 10.000 de lei au fost aplicate \u00een urma controalelor efectuate de poli\u021bi\u0219tii Brig\u0103zii Rutiere \u00een 23 \u0219i 29 ianuarie. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cele dou\u0103 amenzi, \u00een cuantum total de <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>10.327,5 lei<\/strong><\/mark> au fost aplicate dup\u0103 ce constructorul, asocierea <em>Alsim Alarko Sanayi Tesisleri ve Ticaret A.S. \u2013 MAKYOL Insaat Sanayi Turizm ve Ticaret A.S.<\/em>, nu a respectat dou\u0103 puncte dintr-o ordonan\u0163\u0103 de urgen\u0163\u0103 din 2002:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>neasigurarea st\u0103rii de viabilitate<\/strong> a oric\u0103rui element, parte integrant\u0103 a drumului public, potrivit reglement\u0103rilor tehnice \u00een vigoare, precum \u0219i <strong>neluarea m\u0103surilor de \u00eenl\u0103turare a obstacolelor<\/strong> aflate pe aceste elemente;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nerespectarea termenelor \u0219i condi\u021biilor stabilite de administratorul drumului public \u0219i de poli\u021bia rutier\u0103 privind <strong>amplasarea \u0219i executarea de lucr\u0103ri \u00een zona drumului public<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>Legat de cuantumul amenzilor \u00een cauz\u0103, preciz\u0103m c\u0103 acestea au fost \u00een valoare de 4.252,5 lei (21 puncte amend\u0103) \u00een urma controlului din data de 23.01.2025, respectiv 6.075 lei (30 puncte amend\u0103) \u00een urma controlului din data de 29.01.2025<\/p><cite>Direc\u021bia General\u0103 de Poli\u021bie a Municipiului Bucure\u0219ti &#8211; Brigada Rutier\u0103<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CITE\u015eTE \u015eI: <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/planseul-unirii-daniel-baluta-face-presiuni-pentru-avizele-necesare-s-a-ingalbenit-hartia-pe-biroul-domnului-primar\/\">Plan\u0219eul Unirii | Daniel B\u0103lu\u0163\u0103 face presiuni pentru avizele necesare. \u201eS-a \u00eeng\u0103lbenit h\u00e2rtia pe biroul domnului primar!\u201d<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-amenzi-de-cateva-mii-de-euro-cosmarul-bucurestenilor-din-1-mai-continua\">Amenzi de c\u00e2teva mii de euro.
