Pompierii ISU au comunicat c\u0103 medicul de pe ambulan\u0163a SMURD care a intervenit la fa\u0163a locului a \u00eencercat s\u0103 o resusciteze, dar, p\u00e2n\u0103 la urm\u0103, a fost nevoit s\u0103 constate decesul. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apelul la 112 a fost dat \u00een jurul orei 14:00. La fa\u0163a locului au intervenit <a href=\"https:\/\/if.politiaromana.ro\/\">poli\u021bi\u0219ti <\/a>din cadrul Poli\u021biei Ora\u0219ului Chitila \u0219i un echipaj medical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conform <a href=\"https:\/\/www.digi24.ro\/stiri\/actualitate\/o-femeie-din-ilfov-a-murit-dupa-ce-a-fost-lovita-de-o-bucata-de-gheata-cazuta-de-pe-un-bloc-3134773\">Digi24<\/a>, care citeaz\u0103 martori, ghea\u0163a desprins\u0103 de pe cl\u0103dire a lovit-o puternic pe femeie care a c\u0103zut ca secerat\u0103. A r\u0103mas incon\u015ftient\u0103, iar medicul SMURD a \u00eencercat zeci de minute s\u0103 o resusciteze. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen cauz\u0103 a fost deschis dosar de urm\u0103rire penal\u0103 \u00een care se efectueaz\u0103 cercet\u0103ri sub aspectul s\u0103v\u00e2r\u0219irii infrac\u021biunii de <strong>ucidere din culp\u0103<\/strong>, urm\u0103rirea penal\u0103 fiind efectuat\u0103 sub coordonarea procurorului de caz din cadrul Parchetului de pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 Judec\u0103toria Buftea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Potrivit legii, asocia\u0163ia de proprietari este responsabil\u0103 de \u00eendep\u0103rtarea pericolelelor precum ghea\u0163a de pe acoperi\u015f sau din fa\u0163a blocului. Poli\u0163i\u015ftii vor \u00eencerca s\u0103 afle ce s-a \u00eent\u00e2mplat \u00een acest caz &#8211; dac\u0103 era constituit\u0103 juridic o asocia\u0163ie de proprietari sau responsabilitatea cade pe umerii altcuiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Potrivit legii, \u00een cazul existen\u021bei unor riscuri evidente, proprietarii sunt obliga\u021bi s\u0103 ia m\u0103suri de avertizare \u0219i s\u0103 cure\u021be fa\u021badele pentru a preveni astfel de tragedii.
