Ce amenzi au fost date"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Poli\u021bi\u0219tii Brig\u0103zii Rutiere din Bucure\u0219ti au desf\u0103\u0219urat, \u00een data de 13 ianuarie 2025, o ac\u021biune de control \u00een trafic pentru verificarea legalit\u0103\u021bii transportului de persoane. Aceast\u0103 ac\u021biune a vizat ma\u0219inile destinate transportului public de persoane, transportului \u00een regim de taxi \u0219i transportului alternativ prin aplica\u021bii digitale.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Printre altele, au g\u0103sit un b\u0103rbat care era \u00eenscris pe aplica\u0163iile de ridesharing cu o ma\u015fin\u0103 care avea probleme la sistemul de direc\u0163ie \u015fi un taximetrist f\u0103r\u0103 autoriza\u0163ie.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-52-de-amenzi\"><strong>52 de amenzi<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen urma controalelor, poli\u021bi\u0219tii au aplicat 52 de sanc\u021biuni contraven\u021bionale, \u00een valoare total\u0103 de aproximativ 21.000 de lei. Dintre acestea:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>46 de sanc\u021biuni pentru nerespectarea prevederilor OUG 195\/2002 privind circula\u021bia pe drumurile publice;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 sanc\u021biuni pentru nerespectarea prevederilor OG 37\/2007 privind perioadele de conducere, pauzele \u0219i perioadele de odihn\u0103 ale conduc\u0103torilor auto;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 sanc\u021biuni pentru nerespectarea prevederilor Legii 38\/2003 privind transportul \u00een regim de taxi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>De asemenea, au fost retrase 8 certificate de \u00eenmatriculare pentru deficien\u021be tehnice \u0219i un set de pl\u0103cu\u021be de \u00eenmatriculare. Totodat\u0103, i s-a suspendat dreptul de a conduce pentru 90 de zile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un alt b\u0103rbat, \u00een v\u00e2rst\u0103 de 37 de ani, a fost sanc\u021bionat pentru c\u0103 transporta persoane \u00een regim taxi, f\u0103r\u0103 a de\u021bine autoriza\u021bie valabil\u0103. <strong>Controlul a avut loc pe Bd.
