Cu un \u015fantier \u00eenceput \u015fi interes crescut, a captat toat\u0103 aten\u0163ia, \u00eens\u0103, pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 M6, au r\u0103s\u0103rit tot felul de promisiuni pentru extinderea magistralelor de metrou existente. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La final de decembrie, Metrorex a publicat un bilan\u0163 al lucr\u0103rilor de pe sec\u0163iunea de sud a viitoarei magistrale. <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/magistrala-m6-cum-arata-santierul-noilor-statii-de-metrou-la-finalul-lui-2024\/\">Foarte multe detalii tehnice<\/a>, nimic despre procentul de realizare a lucr\u0103rilor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ultima astfel de informa\u0163ie venea de la ministrul Transporturilor, Sorin Grindeanu, \u00een luna septembrie, c\u00e2nd acesta spunea c\u0103 \u015fantierul pentru M6 Otopeni este \u201eundeva la 15-16%\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"jlvid_container\"><iframe title=\"Jurnal de \u0219antier M6: Prima jum\u0103tate a lunii Octombrie  2024\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/YStznb2_U8o?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Imagini din dron\u0103, din luna octombrie, cu stadiul lucr\u0103rilor pe M6 Otopeni<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot \u00een decembrie a venit \u015fi <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/m6-start-la-lucrarile-pentru-statia-de-dinainte-de-aeroportul-otopeni-a-fost-dat-ordinul-de-incepere-pentru-ion-i-c-bratianu\/\">ordinul de \u00eencepere a lucr\u0103rilor la sta\u0163ia Ion I. C. Br\u0103tianu<\/a>, cea de dinainte de aeroportul Otopeni, deci din sec\u0163iunea de nord a noii magistrale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mai repede sau mai \u00eencet, \u00een stilul \u015fantierelor rom\u00e2ne\u015fti care se lovesc de birocra\u0163ie ori de lehamitea muncitorilor, lucr\u0103rile pentru M6 Otopeni au avansat, \u00eens\u0103 tot timpul <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/?s=m6+restrictii\">sub semnul restric\u0163iilor de trafic<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u015eoferii care tranziteaz\u0103 zona de nord a Capitalei au fost exaspera\u0163i \u00een ultimele luni, chiar dac\u0103, \u00een subsidiar, \u015ftiau c\u0103 totul este pentru \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163irea traficului pe termen lung.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-m6-otopeni-un-co\u0219mar-pentru-bucure\u0219tenii-din-zona-\u0219antierului\">M6 Otopeni, un co\u0219mar pentru bucure\u0219tenii din zona \u0219antierului<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cens\u0103 cel mai mult <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/disperarea-locuitorilor-de-pe-strazile-afectate-de-lucrarile-la-magistrala-m6-vreti-sa-ne-vedeti-morti-ca-sa-va-luati-masuri\/\">au avut de suferit localnicii din zonele pe unde a fost rerutat traficul \u015fi pe unde circul\u0103 camioanele cu materiale pentru \u015fantier<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De exemplu, \u00een zona Grivi\u0163a &#8211; 1 Mai, unele case s-au cr\u0103pat, iar asfaltul de pe str\u0103zi, care nu a fost g\u00e2ndit pentru o afluen\u021b\u0103 at\u00e2t de mare de autovehicule, inclusiv de mare tonaj, a \u00eenceput s\u0103 se strice. \u00cen plus, poluarea aerului \u0219i poluarea fonic\u0103 sunt la cote insuportabile, acuz\u0103 cet\u0103\u021benii, care declar\u0103 c\u0103 au ajuns la finalul r\u0103bd\u0103rii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trei dintre locuitorii de pe str\u0103zile Carpa\u021bi, Mirce\u0219ti \u0219i Caransebe\u0219, cele mai afectate de devierea traficului, pentru a face loc \u0219antierului pentru magistrala M6 Otopeni de metrou, au venit \u00een \u0219edin\u021ba Consiliului Local al Sectorului 1 din 12 decembrie \u0219i au declarat c\u0103, de\u0219i au apelat la toate autorit\u0103\u021bile din Bucure\u0219ti, p\u00e2n\u0103 acum problema lor a fost ignorat\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<strong>Din 24 august, noi nu \u0219tim ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 6 ore de somn. \u00cen b\u0103taie de joc, ne-au acceptat o restric\u021bie de trafic \u00eentre 22.00 \u0219i 6.00. Dar degeaba, se circul\u0103 ca \u00een miezul zilei.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dup\u0103 calculele noastre, trec pe cele trei str\u0103zi peste 30.000 de ma\u0219ini pe zi\u201d, a atras aten\u021bia Adrian Sc\u0103una\u0219u, de pe strada Mirce\u0219ti, \u00een fa\u021ba consilierilor locali ai Sectorului 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201e<strong>Poli\u021bia Rutier\u0103 ar fi trebuit s\u0103 analizeze ce volum preiau str\u0103zile Carpa\u021bi, Mirce\u0219ti \u0219i Caransebe\u0219 \u00eenainte de fi dat avizul de trafic. 37.000 de vehicule, \u00een 10 ore, am calculat noi, pe baza \u00eenregistr\u0103rilor pe care le-am f\u0103cut cu camerele noastre video.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Printre acestea, tiruri, vehicule cu gabarit dep\u0103\u0219it, ma\u0219ini cu substan\u021be inflamabile. Pe trotuare circul\u0103 motocicli\u0219tii, c\u0103 s\u0103racii, pe unde s\u0103 o mai ia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suntem pe o bomb\u0103 cu ceas\u201c, a reclamat \u0219i Dana Mineo, tot de pe strada Mirce\u0219ti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cea mai mare nemul\u021bumire a locuitorilor este c\u0103 li se surp\u0103 casele, unele vechi \u0219i de peste 100 de ani, din cauza autovehiculelor grele care trec pe cele trei zone ce nu au fost g\u00e2ndite pentru asemenea gabarite.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eEu am asigurare pe casa mea \u0219i pe casa p\u0103rin\u021bilor. M-am adresat firmei de asigur\u0103ri, i-am \u00eentrebat dac\u0103 m\u0103 pot desp\u0103gubi, c\u0103ci dup\u0103 dou\u0103 luni deja semnele de distrugere sunt foarte clare. R\u0103spunsul a fost un \u00abNu\u00bb mare de tot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Noi suntem copiii ploii. Ne poate ajuta Prim\u0103ria Sectorului 1 material, \u00een momentul \u00een care se va pune problema s\u0103 \u00eencepem s\u0103 ne repar\u0103m casele?\u201d, s-a pl\u00e2ns Adrian Sc\u0103una\u0219u, \u00een \u0219edin\u021ba Consiliului Local Sector 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eProbabil c\u0103 va trebuie s\u0103 mergem \u00een instan\u021b\u0103 cu Metrorex, PMB sau Poli\u021bia Rutier\u0103. Cred c\u0103 ar fi normal ca Prim\u0103ria Sectorului 1 s\u0103 mearg\u0103 \u00een solidar cu noi \u00een acest proces, pe care a\u0219 vrea s\u0103 nu-l intent\u0103m, dar cred c\u0103 nu vom avea de ales\u201d, a avertizat cet\u0103\u021beanul care locuie\u0219te pe strada Mirce\u0219ti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-traseul-magistralei-m6-otopeni\">Traseul magistralei M6 Otopeni<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Magistrala M6 de metrou va avea un traseu de 14,2 km de cale dubl\u0103, pe care vor circula 12 trenuri noi \u0219i va cuprinde 12 sta\u021bii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sec\u021biunea sud are un traseu de 6,6 km. Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 sta\u021bia 1 Mai, deja construit\u0103, lotul cuprinde \u0219ase sta\u021bii: Pajura, Expozi\u021biei, Pia\u021ba Montreal, Gara B\u0103neasa, Aeroport B\u0103neasa, Tokyo. De asemenea, lotul cuprinde \u0219i \u0219ase intersta\u021bii: 1 Mai \u2013 Pajura, Pajura \u2013 Expozi\u021biei, Expozi\u021biei \u2013 Pia\u021ba Montreal, Pia\u021ba Montreal \u2013 Gara B\u0103neasa, Gara B\u0103neasa \u2013 Aeroport B\u0103neasa, Aeroport B\u0103neasa \u2013 Tokyo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Valoarea total\u0103 a proiectului se ridic\u0103 la peste 6.3 miliarde de lei. Din aceast\u0103 sum\u0103, cofinan\u021barea UE reprezint\u0103 peste 2.3 miliarde de lei, prin Fondul de Coeziune, Programul Opera\u021bional Infrastructur\u0103 Mare 2014-2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen februarie 2023, Metrorex anun\u021ba c\u0103 lotul 2 din magistrala 6 de metrou, B\u0103neasa \u2013 Aeroportul Henri Coand\u0103, are executant. Lotul Tokyo \u2013 Aeroport Otopeni va avea 7,6 km \u0219i 6 sta\u021bii cu urm\u0103toarele denumiri: Washington, Paris, Bruxelles, Otopeni, Ion I.C. Br\u0103tianu, Aeroport Otopeni. Lucrarea va completa \u0219i va face leg\u0103tura dintre sta\u021bia de metrou 1 Mai existent\u0103 \u0219i Aeroportul Otopeni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-controversele-m6-otopeni\">Controversele M6 Otopeni<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen 2021, un raport al B\u0103ncii Europene de Investi\u0163ii citat de Hotnews ar\u0103ta c\u0103 gradul de rentabilitate al magistralei este de doar 0.17%, fa\u0163\u0103 de 5% c\u00e2t ar trebui s\u0103 aib\u0103, ca s\u0103 fie cu adev\u0103rat util.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Argumentele erau:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>O densitate redus\u0103 popula\u021biei \u0219i a locurilor de munc\u0103 de-a lungul traseului magistralei M6 (dup\u0103 sta\u021bia Tokyo), care duce la un num\u0103r relativ redus de c\u0103l\u0103tori prognozat;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Costuri mari de investi\u021bie aferente solu\u021biei alese, aceea de a se construi un metrou subteran;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rata de rentabilitate economic\u0103 recalculat\u0103 pentru sectorul de nord al magistralei M6 este de 0,17%. Astfel, costurile mari de investi\u021bie \u0219i operare nu sunt justificate de beneficiile generate.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>De altfel, \u015fi ministrul Transporturilor de la acea vreme, C\u0103t\u0103lin Drul\u0103, atr\u0103gea aten\u0163ia c\u0103 nu este un proiect care ar aduce valoare Bucure\u015ftiului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201eSe pune problema dac\u0103 aceast\u0103 investi\u0163ie de 700 de milioane de euro (linie de metrou p\u00e2n\u0103 la Otopeni, n.r.) este util\u0103 \u00een aceast\u0103 form\u0103, mai ales c\u0103 Bucure\u015ftiul are mare nevoie de alte linii de metrou. E vorba de linia M5 care traverseaz\u0103 de la est la vest Bucure\u015ftiul, apoi continuarea spre sud a liniilor 4, chiar \u015fi pe linia M7 din Colentina p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een Rahova. Toate acestea sunt linii necesare care unesc cartiere cu densitate de oameni. <strong>Densitatea zonei de la (sta\u0163ia, n.r.) Tokyo p\u00e2n\u0103 la Aeroportul Otopeni este cea mai mic\u0103 din Bucure\u015fti. Sunt p\u0103duri acolo. Toate acestea ridic\u0103 semne de \u00eentrebare asupra fezabilit\u0103\u0163ii<\/strong>. O linie de metrou nu cost\u0103 doar construc\u0163ia, cost\u0103 operarea foarte mult. Linia deschis\u0103 \u00een Drumul Taberei ne cost\u0103 175 de milioane (de lei, n.r.) pe an. Recuper\u0103m 25 de milioane din bilete, deci 150 de milioane este subven\u0163ie.<\/p>\n<cite>c\u0103t\u0103lin drul\u0103, fost ministru al transporturilor<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CITE\u015eTE \u015eI:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/mobilitatea-din-capitala-in-ritm-de-melc-hibele-din-planul-care-ar-trebui-sa-faca-bucurestiul-mai-circulabil\/\">Mobilitatea din Capital\u0103, \u00een \u201eritm de melc\u201d. Hibele din planul care ar trebui s\u0103 fac\u0103 Bucure\u0219tiul mai circulabil<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-proiectul-m4-accelereaza-dar-sunt-si-poticneli\">Proiectul M4 accelereaz\u0103, dar sunt \u015fi poticneli<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen vreme ce M6 avanseaz\u0103, se traseaz\u0103 tot felul de linii pentru alte magistrale \u015fi extinderi prin Bucure\u015fti, la unele se fac studii de fezabilitate, iar altele sunt chiar \u00een stadiul de licita\u0163ie. De exemplu, noul tronson din magistrala M4, care ar trebui s\u0103 lege Gara de Nord de Progresul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Licita\u021bia pentru prelungirea magistralei M4 a fost reluat\u0103, dup\u0103 poticneli repetate, \u0219i au fost depuse trei oferte.&nbsp;Primarul Sectorului 4, Daniel B\u0103lu\u021b\u0103, a declatat c\u0103 este vorba despre<a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/trei-oferte-de-la-consortii-care-vor-sa-construiasca-prelungirea-magistralei-m4\/\">&nbsp;trei asocieri, formate din 56 de companii&nbsp;<\/a>na\u0163ionale \u015fi interna\u0163ionale.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/clubferoviar.ro\/ofertele-pentru-metroul-gara-de-nord-gara-progresul\/\">Club Feroviar<\/a>&nbsp;men\u021bioneaz\u0103 c\u0103, de fapt, doar \u0219apte companii au depus oferte, restul fiind ter\u021bi sau subcontractori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lucr\u0103rile efective, \u00een valoare de aproximativ 2,5 miliarde de euro, bani europeni nerambursabili accesa\u021bi prin \u201eProgramul Transport\u201d al Uniunii Europene 2021-2027, au fost \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bite \u00een dou\u0103 loturi, dup\u0103 cum urmeaz\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CITE\u0218TE \u0218I:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/trei-oferte-de-la-consortii-care-vor-sa-construiasca-prelungirea-magistralei-m4\/\">Trei oferte de la consor\u0163ii care vor s\u0103 construiasc\u0103 prelungirea magistralei M4<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tronson-1-gara-de-nord-eroii-revolu\u021biei-2\">Tronson 1 \u2013 Gara de Nord \u2013 Eroii Revolu\u021biei 2<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Valoarea estimat\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 TVA: 5.212.725.936,58&nbsp; \u2013 6.160.494.288,69&nbsp; lei<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru acest lot au fost depuse dou\u0103 oferte:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ofertant unic \u2013<strong>&nbsp;G\u00fclermak Sp\u00f3\u0142ka z Ograniczon\u0105 Odpowiedzialno\u015bci\u0105<\/strong>, plus 18 ter\u021bi\/ subcontractan\u021bi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Asociere \u2013&nbsp;<strong>Dogus Insaat ve Ticaret A.S. (lider), GP Group JSC, Trace Group Hold<\/strong>, plus 12 ter\u021bi\/ subcontractan\u021bi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tronson-2-eroii-revolu\u021biei-gara-progresul\">Tronson 2 \u2013 Eroii Revolu\u021biei \u2013 Gara Progresul<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Valoarea estimat\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 TVA: 4.429.306.810,29 \u2013 5.234.635.321,25 lei<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru cel de-al doilea tronson, a fost depus\u0103 o singur\u0103 ofert\u0103. Aceasta a venit din partea unei asocieri formate din trei firme:&nbsp;<strong>Construc\u021bii Erba\u0219u (lider), Concelex, Bog\u2019art<\/strong>, plus 20 de ter\u021bi\/ subcontractan\u021bi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Astfel, concuren\u021b\u0103 exist\u0103 doar pentru primul tronson, arat\u0103&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/e-licitatie.ro\/pub\/procedure\/statement\/view\/100238503\">anun\u021bul de pe Sistemul Electronic de Achizi\u021bii Publice&nbsp;<\/a>(SEAP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-termenul-avansat-pentru-tronsonul-m5-dintre-eroilor-si-iancului\">Termenul avansat pentru tronsonul M5 dintre Eroilor \u015fi Iancului<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Oficialii Metrorex au spus c\u0103 \u00een 2033 s-ar putea circula cu metroul din Drumul Taberei p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een Iancului. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potrivit <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/2033-anul-in-care-pe-m5-s-ar-putea-circula-intre-eroilor-si-iancului-totul-tine-de-momentul-lansarii-licitatiei\/\">unei declara\u0163ii din mai 2024 a directoarei Metrorex Mariana Micl\u0103u\u015f<\/a>, urmeaz\u0103 demersurile pentru ob\u0163inerea tuturor avizelor, aprob\u0103rilor \u015fi autoriza\u0163iilor de la de\u0163in\u0103torii re\u0163elelor de distribu\u0163ie a utilit\u0103\u0163ilor \u015fi de la institu\u0163iile abilitate ale statului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 pa\u015fii stabili\u0163i \u00een calendarul Metrorex ar fi respecta\u0163i, licita\u0163ia ar urma s\u0103 fie lansat\u0103 \u00een iulie 2025, iar \u00een mai 2026 ar trebui s\u0103 fie semnat contractul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sec\u0163iunea Magistralei 5 cuprins\u0103 \u00eentre Eroilor \u015fi Pia\u0163a Iancului are o lungime proiectat\u0103 de 5.2 kilometri \u015fi \u015fase sta\u0163ii, conform secretarului de stat Ionel Scrio\u015fteanu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Traseul viitoarei linii de metrou va urm\u0103ri, \u00een principal, trama stradal\u0103 existent\u0103: Pia\u021ba Operei \u2013 Bd. Mihail Kog\u0103lniceanu \u2013 Bd. Regina Elisabeta \u2013 Pia\u021ba Universit\u0103\u021bii \u2013 Bd. Carol I \u2013 Pia\u021ba C.A. Rosetti \u2013 Bd.
