{"id":111354,"date":"2024-12-19T13:01:13","date_gmt":"2024-12-19T10:01:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/?p=111354"},"modified":"2024-12-20T10:42:32","modified_gmt":"2024-12-20T07:42:32","slug":"bilant-pe-cati-kilometri-din-autostrada-a0-se-poate-circula","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/bilant-pe-cati-kilometri-din-autostrada-a0-se-poate-circula\/","title":{"rendered":"BILAN\u021a | Pe c\u00e2\u021bi kilometri din Autostrada A0 se poate circula"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>La finalul anului 2024, unul dintre cei mai eficien\u021bi \u00een domeniul construc\u021biei de drumuri de mare viteaz\u0103, se poate circula pe 34,8 kilometri din Autostrada A0. \u00cen total, viitoarea centur\u0103 a Bucure\u0219tiului va avea 100,7 kilometri.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen prezent, sunt da\u021bi \u00een circula\u021bii urm\u0103torii kilometri din Autostrada A0, pe tronsoanele:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lotul 1 Sud<\/strong> (A2 &#8211; Jilava): 17 km;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lotul 2 Sud<\/strong> ((Jilava &#8211; DN6): 6 km;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lotul 2 Nord <\/strong>(DN1, la Corbeanca &#8211; DN2, la Afuma\u021bi): 9,5 km<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lotul 3 Nord<\/strong> (DN3, la Cernica &#8211; A2): 2,3 km (sursa Ionel Scrio\u0219teanu, secretar de stat \u00een Ministerul Transporturilor).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-primii-kilometri-din-autostrada-a0-inaugura\u021bi-in-aprilie\">Primii kilometri din Autostrada A0, inaugura\u021bi \u00een aprilie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Primii kilometri din Autostrada A0 au fost da\u021bi \u00een circula\u021bie \u00een aprilie anul acesta. <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/video-primele-masini-au-intrat-pe-cei-treisprezece-kilometri-din-a0-sud-care-au-fost-inaugurati-la-ora-1400\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti<\/a> scria atunci c\u0103 au fost deschi\u0219i 6 kilometri, cuprin\u0219i \u00eentre DN4 \u0218oseaua Olteni\u021bei \u0219i DN5 Jilava. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Odat\u0103 cu inaugurarea acestui segment, a putut fi folosit \u0219i un alt tronson, la care nu era acces p\u00e2n\u0103 la acel moment. \u00cen aprilie, s-a putut circula ini\u021bial pe 13 kilometri, care le-a permis \u0219oferilor s\u0103 circule \u00eentre DN6 Bragadiru \u0219i DN4 Pope\u0219ti-Leordeni f\u0103r\u0103 a mai tranzita actuala Centur\u0103 a Capitalei, ocolind Bragadiru, Cornetu, M\u0103gurele, Jilava, 1 Decembrie, Vidra, Berceni \u0219i Pope\u0219ti-Leordeni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00cen iulie, Autostrada A0 s-a conectat cu A2<\/strong>, spre Constan\u021ba. Cei 10 kilometri care au fost da\u021bi atunci \u00een circula\u021bie fac parte din lotul 1 Glina \u2013 Vidra din Autostrada Bucure\u0219tiului (A0), construi\u021bi de compania Alsim Alarko, din Turcia, scria <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/autostrada-a0-ajunge-la-a2-spre-constanta-intr-o-saptamana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti \u00ee<\/a>n iulie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lotul 2 din sec\u021biunea de Nord <\/strong>a Autostr\u0103zii Bucure\u0219ti, \u00eentre Corbeanca &#8211; \u0219i DN2, la Afuma\u021bi, a fost deschis \u00een dou\u0103 etape, la distan\u021b\u0103 de un an, \u00een decembrie 2023 \u0219i 2024, potrivit 130km.ro. \u00centre Afuma\u021bi \u0219i Cernica, a fost deschis par\u021bial, luna aceasta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-intarzieri-\u0219i-probleme-pe-kilometri-din-autostrada-a0\">\u00cent\u00e2rzieri \u0219i probleme pe kilometri din Autostrada A0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Segmentul Sud al Autostr\u0103zii Bucure\u0219ti este \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bit \u00een trei loturi. Loturile 1 \u0219i 2 din A0 Sud sunt construite de consor\u021biul turcesc Alsim Alarko. Termenele oficiale erau de 12 luni proiectare \u0219i 30 de luni garan\u021bie. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contractul pe Lotul 1, \u00een valoare de <strong>830 de mililoane de lei f\u0103r\u0103 TVA<\/strong>, a fost semnat \u00een august 2019. Contractul pe Lotul 2, de<strong> 751 milioane de lei f\u0103r\u0103 TVA<\/strong>, a fost semnat \u00een martie 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru lotul 1 dintre Glina \u0219i Vidra ordinul de \u00eencepere a lucr\u0103rilor a fost emis la 1 martie 2021. Aici, \u0219antierul autostr\u0103zii a \u00eent\u00e2mpinat dificult\u0103\u021bi din cauza reloc\u0103rii unei conducte Transgaz care, din pricina documenta\u021biilor \u00eentocmite gre\u0219it, s-a suprapus peste lucr\u0103rile de la Pasajul Berceni. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen urma revizuirii celor dou\u0103 proiecte identice s-a ajuns la concluzia c\u0103 e necesar\u0103 \u00eentocmirea unei noi documenta\u021bii \u00een vederea realiz\u0103rii unei proceduri de expropriere. \u00cen acest caz, potrivit contractului, cei aproape 17 kilometri ar fi trebuit s\u0103 fie gata \u00een septembrie 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru cel de-al doilea lot al A0 Sud, dintre Vidra \u0219i Bragadiru, ordinul de \u00eencepere a lucr\u0103rilor a fost dat \u00een august 2020 iar aici s-au \u00eenregistrat probleme cu privire la relocarea re\u021belei electrice ENEL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potrivit companiei na\u021bionale de drumuri, a fost necesar\u0103 executarea a trei st\u00e2lpi \u00een plus fa\u021b\u0103 de documenta\u021bia ini\u021bial\u0103 \u0219i pentru care s-au impus exproprieri suplimentare de teren. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Constructorul a preluat sarcina statului \u0219i a deschis discu\u021bii \u00a0pentru a ajunge la o \u00een\u021belegere cu proprietarii pentru acordul de \u00eencepere a lucr\u0103rilor \u00eenainte de finalizarea exproprierii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CITE\u0218TE \u0218I: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/restrictii-pe-un-tronson-din-a0-sud-pentru-reparatii-la-doar-patru-luni-de-la-inagurare\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Restric\u0163ii pe un tronson din A0 Sud, pentru repara\u0163ii, la doar patru luni de la inagurare<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lotul 3 de pe Autostrada A0 Bucure\u0219ti Sud, contractat de constructorul grec Aktor,\u00a0nu va fi gata p\u00e2n\u0103 la finalul anului. Grecii sus\u021bineau \u00een august c\u0103 lucr\u0103rile vor putea fi finalizate p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een decembrie.<\/strong> La fel sperau \u0219i ministrul Transporturilor, \u0219i CNAIR. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durat\u0103 contracului privind lucr\u0103rile la ultimul lot din A0 Sud este de 42 de luni (12 luni proiectare, 30 de luni execu\u021bie);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Valoare contractului de <strong>853,42 milioane de lei, f\u0103r\u0103 TVA<\/strong>. \u0218antierul a fost deschis \u00een octombrie 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-segmentul-de-nord-al-autostrazii-a0-este-\u0219i-mai-in-urma\">Segmentul de nord al Autostr\u0103zii A0 este \u0219i mai \u00een urm\u0103<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Segmentul care traverseaz\u0103 Bucure\u0219tiul pe la nord este \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bit \u00een patru loturi, dar \u0219antierele s<strong>unt mult mai \u00eent\u00e2rziate, \u00een compara\u021bie cu sec\u021biunea de sud. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/autostrada-bucuresti-viaductul-de-la-cernica-s-a-transformat-in-dig-din-pamant-lucrarile-intarziate-din-cauza-unui-studiu-de-mediu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti a scris<\/a>, \u00een decembrie, c\u0103 viaductul de la Cernica, care face parte din Lotul 4 al A0 Nord, ar fi trebuit finalizat \u00een octombrie 2024. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lucr\u0103rile au fost \u00eent\u00e2rziate de autorit\u0103\u021bile de mediu care nu au elaborat la timp un studiu privind impactul \u0219antierului asupra lacului Cernica \u0219i zonei adiacente care face parte din aria natural\u0103 protejat\u0103 Natura 2000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen lungime de 4,7 kilometri, segmentul de autostrad\u0103 aferent lotului 4 al A0 Nord trebuie s\u0103 traverseze, printr-un viaduct de 1,3 kilometri, lacul Cernica, prin dreptul a ceea ce a mai r\u0103mas, \u00een urma dezvolt\u0103rii imobiliare, din P\u0103durea C\u0103ld\u0103raru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/exclusiv-viaductul-autostrazii-bucuresti-blocat-de-cele-patru-anotimpuri-studiul-pentru-zona-protejata-cernica-nu-este-gata-la-aproape-trei-ani-de-la-semnarea-contractului\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00cen februarie 2023, Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti dezv\u0103luia c\u0103 la aproape trei ani de la semnarea contractului utilajele nu pot p\u0103trunde \u00een zon\u0103 din cauz\u0103 c\u0103 perimetrul este din punct de vedere legal arie natural\u0103 protejat\u0103 Natura 2000.\u00a0<\/a>Astfel, \u0219antierul a fost condi\u021bionat de obliga\u021bia realiz\u0103rii unui a\u0219a-numit Studiu de Evaluare Adecvat\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ultimul lot de pe A0 Nord s-au deschis lucr\u0103rile abia \u00een octombrie anul acesta. Este vorba despre km 2-20, care odat\u0103 finaliza\u021bi vor \u00eentregi Coridorul de Transport Pan-european nr. IV (Constan\u021ba &#8211; N\u0103dlac), potrivit<a href=\"https:\/\/www.profit.ro\/povesti-cu-profit\/auto-transporturi\/foto-anunt-start-la-ultimul-lot-pe-care-nu-se-lucra-la-autostrada-bucurestiului-21765579\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Profit.ro<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durata de execu\u021bie a lucr\u0103rilor este de 22 luni, calculat\u0103 de la data ordinului de \u00eencepere a lucr\u0103rilor.
