Lucr\u0103rile au fost \u00eent\u00e2rziate de autorit\u0103\u021bile de mediu care nu au elaborat la timp un studiu privind impactul \u0219antierului asupra lacului Cernica \u0219i zonei adiacente care face parte din aria natural\u0103 protejat\u0103 Natura 2000. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>O serie de imagini aeriene surprinse recent arat\u0103 c\u0103 lucr\u0103rile sunt \u00een toi, iar pe amplasamentul viitorului viaduct a fost construit un dig provizoriu care are func\u021bia de drum tehnologic.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen lungime de 4,7 kilometri, segmentul de autostrad\u0103 aferent lotului 4 al A0 Nord trebuie s\u0103 traverseze, printr-un viaduct de 1,3 kilometri, lacul Cernica, prin dreptul a ceea ce a mai r\u0103mas, \u00een urma dezvolt\u0103rii imobiliare, din P\u0103durea C\u0103ld\u0103raru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/exclusiv-viaductul-autostrazii-bucuresti-blocat-de-cele-patru-anotimpuri-studiul-pentru-zona-protejata-cernica-nu-este-gata-la-aproape-trei-ani-de-la-semnarea-contractului\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00cen februarie 2023, Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti dezv\u0103luia c\u0103 la aproape trei ani de la semnarea contractului utilajele nu pot p\u0103trunde \u00een zon\u0103 din cauz\u0103 c\u0103 perimetrul este din punct de vedere legal arie natural\u0103 protejat\u0103 Natura 2000. <\/a>Astfel, \u0219antierul a fost condi\u021bionat de obliga\u021bia realiz\u0103rii unui a\u0219a-numit Studiu de Evaluare Adecvat\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Documentul este, de fapt, un studiu de mediu desf\u0103\u0219urat pe perioada unui an calendaristic care sa acopere cele patru anotimpuri din zona afectat\u0103.
