Actele cerute nu au fost date de administratori"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Firma Nordis, implicat\u0103 \u00een scandalul v\u00e2nz\u0103rii unor apartamente de mai multe ori, a\u0219a cum reiese dintr-o anchet\u0103 Recorder, este obiectul unor controale ale Autorit\u0103\u021bii Na\u021bionale a Protec\u021biei Consumatorului (ANPC). Din 2023 \u0219i p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een prezent, spun reprezentan\u021bii ANPC, au fost opt pl\u00e2ngeri la adresa Nordis Management \u0219i Nordis Mamaia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen urma reclama\u021biilor primite, ANPC a demarat controalele \u0219i a cerut o serie de acte de la firmele din grupul Nordis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>lista cu creditele ipotecare acordate consumatorilor,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>materiale publicitare,<br>-autoriza\u021bii de construire,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00eentreaga documenta\u021bie cadastral\u0103,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>schi\u021be\/planuri unit\u0103\u021bi locative,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>procese verbale de recep\u021bie la terminarea lucr\u0103rilor,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>documente din care s\u0103 reias\u0103 motivele pentru care s-a realizat prelungirea termenelor de livrare a unit\u0103\u021bilor locative,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>modele de promisiuni de v\u00e2nzare-cump\u0103rare folosite \u00een rela\u021bia cu consumatorii,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>contracte de v\u00e2nzare \u0219i conven\u021bii \u00eencheiate cu firme din grupul Nordis \u0219i diferite liste care pot fi generate\/extrase din propriile eviden\u021be (lista cu unit\u0103\u021bile locative pentru care au fost \u00eencheiate promisiuni cu consumatorii, lista cu unit\u0103\u021bile locative din care s\u0103 reias\u0103 disponibilitatea, etc).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Doar c\u0103 firmele implicate au solicitat am\u00e2narea transmiterii documentelor cerute. Motivul invocat a fost c\u0103 se fac controale \u0219i de la alte institu\u021bii ale statului. Drept urmare, administratorii au cerut s\u0103 fie p\u0103sui\u021bi p\u00e2n\u0103 la 6 ianuarie 2025. Asta de\u0219i ANPC stabilise ca termen-limit\u0103 12 noiembrie 2024. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Conform art. 51 alin. (1) din O.G. nr. 21\/1992, netransmiterea documentelor constituie contraven\u021bie, sanc\u021bionabil\u0103 cu amenzi \u00eentre 10.000 \u0219i 30.000 lei. \u00cen cazuri grave, poate fi propus\u0103 \u0219i sanc\u021biunea complementar\u0103 de \u00eenchidere definitiv\u0103 a unit\u0103\u021bii.<\/strong><\/p>\n<cite>comunicat ANPC<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Drept urmare, s-a ajuns la situa\u021bia hilar\u0103 \u00een care ANPC cere de la firma Nordis documentele prin intermediul unui comunicat de pres\u0103: <em>\u00cen acest context, ANPC solicit\u0103 public grupului Nordis s\u0103 pun\u0103 la dispozi\u021bie cu celeritate documentele necesare pentru finalizarea controalelor<\/em>.<br><br>Reamintim, o <a href=\"https:\/\/recorder.ro\/schema-nordis-masinaria-de-facut-bani-a-celui-mai-puternic-clan-politico-imobiliar\/\">anchet\u0103 Recorder<\/a> a str\u00e2ns dovezi cum c\u0103 mai mul\u021bi rom\u00e2ni care au cump\u0103rat apartamente \u00een complexurile reziden\u021biale ale Nordis au fost p\u0103c\u0103li\u021bi printr-o promisiune de cump\u0103rare care nu a fost respectat\u0103.
