{"id":101543,"date":"2024-10-10T12:31:51","date_gmt":"2024-10-10T09:31:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/?p=101543"},"modified":"2024-10-10T12:32:51","modified_gmt":"2024-10-10T09:32:51","slug":"licitatia-pentru-prelungirea-magistralei-m4-oferte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/licitatia-pentru-prelungirea-magistralei-m4-oferte\/","title":{"rendered":"Ce oferte au fost depuse, de fapt, pentru prelungirea magistralei M4, Gara de Nord &#8211; Progresul"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Licita\u021bia pentru prelungirea magistralei M4 a fost reluat\u0103, dup\u0103 poticneli repetate, \u0219i au fost depuse trei oferte.<\/strong> <strong>Primarul Sectorului 4, Daniel B\u0103lu\u021b\u0103, a declatat c\u0103 este vorba despre<a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/trei-oferte-de-la-consortii-care-vor-sa-construiasca-prelungirea-magistralei-m4\/\"> trei asocieri, formate din 56 de companii <\/a>na\u0163ionale \u015fi interna\u0163ionale. <a href=\"https:\/\/clubferoviar.ro\/ofertele-pentru-metroul-gara-de-nord-gara-progresul\/\">Club Feroviar<\/a> men\u021bioneaz\u0103 c\u0103, de fapt, doar \u0219apte companii au depus oferte, restul fiind ter\u021bi sau subcontractori. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lucr\u0103rile efective, \u00een valoare de aproximativ 2,5 miliarde de euro, bani europeni nerambursabili accesa\u021bi prin \u201eProgramul Transport\u201d al Uniunii Europene 2021-2027, au fost \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bite \u00een dou\u0103 loturi, dup\u0103 cum urmeaz\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CITE\u0218TE \u0218I: <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/trei-oferte-de-la-consortii-care-vor-sa-construiasca-prelungirea-magistralei-m4\/\">Trei oferte de la consor\u0163ii care vor s\u0103 construiasc\u0103 prelungirea magistralei M4<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tronson-1-gara-de-nord-eroii-revolu\u021biei-2\">Tronson 1 \u2013 Gara de nord \u2013 Eroii Revolu\u021biei 2<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Valoarea estimat\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 TVA: 5.212.725.936,58&nbsp; &#8211; 6.160.494.288,69&nbsp; lei<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru acest lot au fost depuse dou\u0103 oferte: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ofertant unic &#8211;<strong> G\u00fclermak Sp\u00f3\u0142ka z Ograniczon\u0105 Odpowiedzialno\u015bci\u0105<\/strong>, plus 18 ter\u021bi\/ subcontractan\u021bi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Asociere &#8211; <strong>Dogus Insaat ve Ticaret A.S. (lider), GP Group JSC, Trace Group Hold<\/strong>, plus 12 ter\u021bi\/ subcontractan\u021bi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tronson-2-eroii-revolu\u021biei-gara-progresul\">Tronson 2 &#8211; Eroii Revolu\u021biei &#8211; Gara Progresul<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Valoarea estimat\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 TVA: 4.429.306.810,29 \u2013 5.234.635.321,25 lei<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru cel de-al doilea tronson, a fost depus\u0103 o singur\u0103 ofert\u0103. Aceasta a venit din partea unei asocieri formate din trei firme: <strong>Construc\u021bii Erba\u0219u (lider), Concelex, Bog\u2019art<\/strong>, plus 20 de ter\u021bi\/ subcontractan\u021bi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Astfel, concuren\u021b\u0103 exist\u0103 doar pentru primul tronson, arat\u0103 <a href=\"https:\/\/e-licitatie.ro\/pub\/procedure\/statement\/view\/100238503\">anun\u021bul de pe Sistemul Electronic de Achizi\u021bii Publice <\/a>(SEAP). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mai multe detalii \u00een <a href=\"https:\/\/clubferoviar.ro\/trei-oferte-pentru-construirea-metroului-gara-de-nord-gara-progresul\/\">Club Feroviar<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CITE\u015eTE \u015eI:<\/strong> <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/licitatia-pentru-prelungirea-magistralei-m4-a-fost-reluata-dupa-poticneli-repetate\/\">Licita\u0163ia pentru prelungirea magistralei M4 a fost reluat\u0103, dup\u0103 poticneli repetate<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-licita\u021bia-pentru-prelungirea-magistralei-m4-contestata\">Licita\u021bia pentru prelungirea magistralei M4, contestat\u0103<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Licita\u0163ia fusese suspendat\u0103 \u00een august din cauza unei contesta\u0163ii a unei companii spaniole care reclama neclarit\u0103\u0163i \u015fi o procedur\u0103 \u201enelegal\u0103\u201d.\u00a0 Firma care a f\u0103cut contesta\u0163ia se nume\u015fte FCC Construccion \u015fi este din Spania. Erau aspecte care ar fi trebuit l\u0103murite \u00eenc\u0103 din etapa licita\u0163iei, spuneau avoca\u0163ii companiei, odat\u0103 cu depunerea contesta\u0163iei.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Licita\u0163ia pentru prelungirea magistralei M4 a fost anun\u0163at\u0103 de Prim\u0103ria Sectorului 4 \u00eenc\u0103 din aprilie. Vorbim de o asociere condus\u0103 de PS4, din care mai fac parte Ministerul Transporturilor, Prim\u0103ria Sectorului 5, Consiliul Jude\u0163ean Ilfov \u015fi Metrorex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Licita\u0163ia care are ca obiect lucr\u0103ri cu o valoare de 9-11 miliarde de lei a fost atunci pornit\u0103 \u015fi a avut o serie de termene. Dup\u0103 repetate am\u00e2n\u0103ri, ultimul ar fi fost 19 august, dac\u0103 nu intervenea contesta\u0163ia spaniolilor.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen urma semn\u0103rii contractului de executare a lucr\u0103rilor de proiectare \u0219i de execu\u021bie, constructorul va avea la dispozi\u021bie aproximativ 60 de luni pentru a finaliza lucr\u0103rile.
