Lista lui Nicu\u0219or Dan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Primarul Capitalei a prezentat joi lista cu solicit\u0103ri pe care le va face candida\u021bilor la alegerile parlamentare \u0219i preziden\u021biale.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00cen capul listei, Nicu\u0219or Dan a pus modificarea legii finan\u021belor publice locale \u0219i a Codului Fiscal, \u00een a\u0219a fel \u00eenc\u00e2t \u00eemp\u0103r\u021birea taxelor \u0219i impozitelor pe care bucure\u0219tenii le pl\u0103tesc s\u0103 o fac\u0103 CGMB, nu Parlamentul, ca \u00een prezent. USR a sus\u021binut, sus\u021bine \u0219i va sus\u021bine \u00een continuare proiectele lui Nicu\u0219or Dan, viziunea lui de a transforma acest ora\u0219 \u00eentr-o comunitate, \u00eentr-un loc \u00een care s\u0103 tr\u0103ie\u0219ti confortabil\u201d, transmite Lasconi.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce mai cere Nicu\u0219or Dan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Nicu\u0219or Dan \u00ee\u0219i dore\u0219te ca toate autoriza\u021biile de construire s\u0103 fie emise de primarul general, iar toate autoriza\u021biile de urbanism s\u0103 fie votate de Consiliul General. A reamintit c\u0103 principala problem\u0103 a bucure\u0219tenilor, traficul, este generat\u0103 de dezvoltarea imobiliar\u0103 haotic\u0103 \u0219i vrea o \u201ecoeren\u021b\u0103\u201d \u00een acest domeniu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00cen plus, solicit\u0103 ca Inspectoratul de Stat \u00een Construc\u021bii \u0219i prefectul s\u0103 asigure \u00een mod real controlul legalit\u0103\u021bii \u00een emiterea autoriza\u021biilor \u0219i documenta\u021biilor de urbanism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
