Buletin de Bucure\u015fti scria atunci c\u0103 proiectul de hot\u0103r\u00e2re care prevede \u00eemputernicirea expres\u0103 a Asocia\u021biei de Dezvoltare Intercomunitar\u0103 pentru Transport Public Bucuresti \u2013 Ilfov(TPBI), de a emite licen\u021bele de traseu pentru Linia Turistic\u0103 \u201eBucharest City Tour\u201d, a picat la vot \u00een CGMB. Este a doua \u00eencercare de a scoate pe traseu autobuzele turistice achizi\u021bionate de STB \u00een decembrie 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti dezv\u0103luia \u00een 2023 c\u0103&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/autobuzele-turistice-ale-stb-trase-pe-dreapta-de-consiliile-locale-din-judetul-ilfov\/\">linia turistic\u0103 a Capitalei nu poate fi pus\u0103 \u00een func\u021biune din cauza unor hot\u0103r\u00e2ri de consiliu local ale ora\u0219elor \u0219i comunelor din jude\u021bul Ilfov care \u00eent\u00e2rzie s\u0103 fie adoptate.<\/a>&nbsp;Asocia\u021bia Metropolitan\u0103 de Transport(TPBI) avea nevoie de votul celor 42 de membri din regiune pentru a putea emite licen\u021bele de transport turistice necesare autobuzelor supraetajate, \u00een urma unui proiect de hot\u00e2r\u0103re care cerea \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/doc.pmb.ro\/consiliu\/sedinte\/497\/oz\/11402.pdf\">\u00eemputernicirea TPBI pentru a emite licen\u0163ele de traseu pentru autovehiculele STB necesare pentru&nbsp;<\/a>\u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/doc.pmb.ro\/consiliu\/sedinte\/497\/oz\/11402.pdf\">Bucharest City Tour<\/a>\u00bb\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La aproape un an distan\u021b\u0103, scenariul s-a repetat. Proiectul de hot\u0103r\u00e2re privind \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/doc.pmb.ro\/consiliu\/sedinte\/523\/oz\/11996.pdf\">\u00eemputernicirea expres\u0103 a Asocia\u021biei de Dezvoltare Intercomunitar\u0103 pentru Transport Public Bucure\u0219ti \u2013 Ilfov, de a emite licen\u021bele de traseu pentru Linia Turistic\u0103 \u201eBucharest City Tour<\/a>\u201d a fost respins de Consiliul General ceea ce genereaz\u0103 acela\u0219i efect: autobuzele turistice r\u0103m\u00e2n \u00een continuare trase pe dreapta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Autobuzele turistice din Bucure\u015fti. Cele \u0219ase autobuze marca VOLVO au fost achizi\u021bionate, \u00een decembrie 2022, la m\u00e2na a doua, pentru suma de 428.000 euro, adic\u0103 71.300 bucata. P\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 2019, an prepandemic, linia turistic\u0103 a Capitalei era deservit\u0103 de patru autobuze supraetajate \u00eenchiriate de la Prim\u0103ria Constan\u021ba. \u00cen 2016, contractul de \u00eenchiriere pe o perioad\u0103 de \u015fase luni s-a ridicat la 148.800 de euro cu TVA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 va sc\u0103pa de h\u0103\u021bi\u0219ul birocratic, linia turistic\u0103 va func\u021biona \u00een sistem Hop-on\/Hop-off \u015fi va permite astfel turi\u0219tilor s\u0103-\u0219i organizeze timpul pentru a vizita obiectivele f\u0103r\u0103 a fi nevoie s\u0103 stea doar \u00een autobuz sau \u00een grup.
