Procurorul \u0219ef, Georgiana Hosu, a decis infirmarea solu\u021biei de clasare sub aspectul s\u0103v\u00e2r\u0219irii infrac\u021biunilor de abuz \u00een serviciu, participa\u0163ie improprie la purtare abuziv\u0103, participa\u0163ie improprie la fals intelectual, participa\u0163ie improprie la uz de fals, complicitate la abuz \u00een serviciu \u0219i complicitate la participa\u0163ie improprie la purtare abuziv\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>  Ordonan\u021ba a fost \u00eenaintat\u0103 Judec\u0103torului de camer\u0103 preliminar\u0103 din cadrul Cur\u021bii de Apel Bucure\u0219ti \u00een vederea confirm\u0103rii, urm\u00e2nd ca, dup\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2nerea definitiv\u0103, dosarul s\u0103 fie declinat c\u0103tre Parchetul de pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 \u00cenalta Curte de Casa\u021bie \u0219i Justi\u021bie \u2013 Sec\u021bia Parchetelor Militare. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Decizia procurorului \u0219ef DIICOT vine cu doar c\u0103teva zile \u00eenainte de \u00eemplinirea a 2 ani de la protestele din Pia\u021ba Victoriei reprimate violent de for\u021bele de ordine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DIICOT a clasat, pe 15 iulie, dosarul 10 august.
